Family Practice |
| Family Medicine physicians are primary care physicians that provide continuous and comprehensive care for all ages and both sexes. Family physicians treat acute, as well as chronic, illnesses. We also provide health education and preventative services, including well child exams, immunizations, and pap smears. Some physicians provide hospital care and perform minor office procedures. We assist with coordination of all of your health care services including referrals to specialists, home health, therapy services, and hospice care. |
