Human Resources Mission Statement
In support of our company’s principles, values, vision, and mission, it is the Human Resources’ Mission to support the total organization in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource – our employees. The Human Resources department is to provide services in all personnel operations with integrity, responsiveness and sensitivity to the employees and other customers.
It is our mission to:
- Develop an attitude of teamwork and quality in our day to day operations continuously learning from our experiences and training.
- Create an atmosphere which will continue to promote the development and involvement of staff to function as a team.
- Establish as well as administer and effectively communicate policies and procedures that treat employees with dignity and equality.
- Pursue continuous improvement activities demonstrating accountability for results including establishing a profit-centered HR dept.

- Administer compliance with federal, state and local labor laws as well as other specified areas of compliance.
