Director of Finance
Responsible for overseeing all accounting functions including, maintaining the electronic general ledger, year-end closes and audit, financial reports, government financial and utilization reporting, preparing the organization’s budge and program budgets, financial forecasting and analysis of the financial position of the health center, maintaining fund account, preparing disbursements, managing cash collections and deposits, implementing all payroll functions including accruals, overseeing banking services and preparing financial statements. Assures timely and accurate completion of annual agency audit, responsible for inventory and capitalization of all agency equipment, computers, etc. per federal HHS guidelines and accounting practices, and develops goals, polices, and procedures for the effective financial operations of the organization and to assure fiscal solvency and appropriate controllership policies as same.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant degree. MBA or CPA with community health center background preferred.

Must have experience in use of computerized accounting systems and spreadsheet applications, knowledge of governmental and healthcare fiscal regulations and reporting requirements, knowledge of the principles of financial management sufficient to direct accounting and billing staff ,as well as be able to coordinate the financial activities of a community health center with proven record preferred.


Family Nurse Practitioner
West Virginia licensure required. Prior experience preferred.

Summary
Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of West Virginia needed to work in clinic setting within a growing organization. Experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.


Licensed Practical Nurse
Current West Virginia LPN Licensure in good standing.

Summary
LPN is responsible for performing a wide variety of nursing and patient care activities to perform quality comprehensive healthcare to all age groups and populations in accordance with physician’s/provider’s orders and under the guidance and direction of the RN. Prefer experience with phlebotomy, state programs, and working in clinic setting. Ability to travel to all clinics required.


Housekeeper
Full-time housekeeper for Rural Acres Health Center with coverage at other clinics as needed. EOE.
