Quality and Safety - The care team uses evidence-based medicine and current clinical standards of care with a state of the art electronic health record to aid in making informed healthcare decisions with the patient and their family. AccessHealth engages in continuous quality improvement, responds to patient surveys and practices population health management.


You are the most important part of your healthcare team; join AccessHealth in delivering quality healthcare by:

  • Talking with your healthcare team about your needs.
  • Bringing your medication bottles.
  • Informing your team about any healthcare providers you are seeing outside of AH to help coordinate your care.
  • Do your best to keep scheduled appointments, cancel as early as possible.
  • Update your team on any hospitalizations or recent testing.
  • Use the AH On Call team for after hours urgent events/questions.
  • Asking questions if you don’t understand.
